It’s closed to kitsilano beach. My daughter learns violin with Jacob. He is an amazing teacher. We like him pretty much!

The school is a fabulous place to learn.

Erin is an absolutely phenomenal singing teacher! I was a complete beginner starting out, but Erin made me feel comfortable with my voice from the get-go. I’ve seen and felt so much improvement in the 11 months I’ve been working with her, and she has been nothing but supportive and encouraging throughout.Not only is she very passionate about singing, but she also has a deep understanding of the mechanics and theory behind singing well and is able to easily explain why I might be struggling with something and how I can work towards fixing it. Erin is such a delight to work with, and I always have SO much fun during the lessons! :)

Highly recommended. My son has taken piano lesson here for a few years now, he also started taking drum lesson a couple years ago. It’s an excellent facility and fantastic teachers! The teachers care about him and connect with him, and he enjoys being there every week. Some words from my son, “the School of Music is a very welcome and friendly place, … ... My piano teacher is very talented, she inspired me to keep playing piano, to enjoy and to treasure it, … ... my drum teacher is very kind and encourages us to play drums in pursuit of our dream.”

For any students interested in studying music of any genre, Fortepiano Music Studio is who I would recommend! They offer extensive knowledge of theoretical and performative aspects of music and are the whole package.

He finally finished his RCM Grade 10 this year and he looks forward to playing music that he enjoys. Adrienne and her staff have supported him through the years and made his learning experience pleasant, fun and enjoyable. Despite his young age and small hand span, Adrienne was able to find music that my son was able to play at an advanced level and still enjoyable to play. We highly recommend Simusique Studio for anybody who wants to learn to play music.
